Gabrielle (Gabby) Longoria, M.S., LPC

Gabrielle “Gabby” Longoria is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Louisiana and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and specializes in working with children and families through developmentally appropriate, relationship-based therapy.

Gabby is passionate about helping children heal, grow, and feel understood through play. Because children do not always have the words to express overwhelming emotions or difficult experiences, she uses play therapy as a safe and natural way for them to communicate and process their world. She incorporates elements of Synergetic Play Therapy® to support emotional regulation, nervous system integration, resilience, and healthy coping skills. Gabby works with children as young as three and supports concerns including anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions.

In addition to her work with children, Gabby also supports adults by integrating creativity, expressive arts, and mindfulness into therapy. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in creating felt safety and meaningful connection for each client.

Gabby is committed to providing a compassionate, confidential, and individualized therapeutic experience and feels honored to support children, adults, and families in their healing and growth.
