Our pediatric therapy services are designed to support the unique needs of children and adolescents as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and family involvement, we help young clients build self-esteem, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether addressing anxiety, ADHD, social challenges, or trauma, our therapists create a safe and nurturing space for children to thrive.

Play therapy is a powerful, child-centered approach that helps kids express what they often can’t put into words through play. Instead of expecting children to sit and talk about their feelings, a trained therapist uses toys, art, and creative activities to gently uncover what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, behavior challenges, trauma, or big life changes, play therapy meets them at their level in a safe, supportive space where they feel understood. It’s not just play it’s a proven pathway to healing and growth.

Our individual therapy services focus on empowering clients to achieve personal growth, overcome obstacles, and improve their mental health. Through a collaborative process, our clinicians provide tailored support to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and self-esteem. Using evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, we help clients build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Family therapy focuses on enhancing the dynamics within families, fostering understanding, and resolving conflicts that may be impacting relationships. Our clinicians work with families to address a wide range of issues, including parenting challenges, sibling conflict, blended family adjustments, and managing mental health concerns within the family system. By promoting healthy communication and collaboration, we help families build stronger, more supportive connections.to thrive.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals heal from trauma, distressing memories, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. EMDR works by helping the brain safely reprocess difficult experiences, so they no longer feel overwhelming or “stuck” in the present.
During sessions, the therapist uses gentle bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds, while helping you process experiences in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and emotionally safe for you. Many individuals experience meaningful relief and improved emotional well-being without having to discuss every detail of their traumatic experiences.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-informed treatment approach that may help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns that have not improved with traditional treatment alone. KAP combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with psychotherapy to support deeper emotional healing, insight, and personal growth. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are paced in a way that feels supportive, safe, and manageable for you. Our goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
